OFFERED FOR SALE MY BRISTOL 400.
A hugely advanced car for it's time the Bristol 400 combined much of the engineering of the pre-war BMW car company and the mechanical expertise of the Bristol aeronautical company. eligible for many touring events including the prestigious Mille Miglia retrospective.
Originally sold by A. F. N in 1948 and then owned by Kevill –Davis of Berkley Square W. 1 London.
A huge history file accompanies the car.
In very nice restored condition the car has recent bills totaling over £18. 00. Fantastic original interior with a new set of carpets in finest Wilton carpet. new Michelin tyres (inc spare) on blasted and painted rims. mechanics and engine all overhauled. new wiring. new smiths heater. recently re-chromed . new windscreen . recently beautifully re-painted in metallic blue grey (bare metal).
A new M. O. T has just been issued until January 2015 with no advisorys.
I have just had the car tuned and checked over before offering it for sale by Bristol specialists Spencer lane Jones.
Driving wonderfully this is a fantastic car that I am reluctant to sell but due to family pressures this highly original and nicely restored Bristol 400 is now available.
