BMW Alpina B10

In 1998, BMW has released a brand new 5-th series, and soon after that, Alpina, the German tuning company specialising in BMW, has developed a model of the 535i. Beginning with the suspension, they lowered the car for half an inch, then added Bilstein shock absorbers and more powerful stabilizer of transverse stability. To further improve the management, were installed disks wheels, 20-spoke design, size 203x432 mm thing out of the car, when a model of the 535i with 381 mm discs. Decoration of the body is kept to a minimum, there was a deep front spoiler and almost invisible roof spoiler, as well as trade marks Alpina. The drive was modified, the compression ratio is increased, there appeared a new camshaft with higher lifting valve and a new head. 8 model used two of the turbocharger, which allowed to reach the capacity of 268 kW. To further improve acceleration, replaced the rear drives, which somewhat reduces the maximum possible speed, but anyway this model remained high-speed touring car.
