VW 1964 splitscreen LHD Imported from Oklahoma in 2006. needs registering in the UK. Very solid project. has been restored to a very high standard. I have owned 2 years and I just can not find the time to get near it so its up for sale.

Some say its an EZ some say its a Sundial. I do not know but they say they are quite rare. c/w the aluminium openers. bumpers. lights various new door seals. 1600cc running engine. straight axle conversion. good clean uncut dash. this van needs time to put back together and build your own interior. it does NOT need masses of panels and welding. front and rear suspension need setting up. steering and brakes also need attention. Nice Empi type wheels with excellent tyres. There is no front seats but I have some early bay fronts that are pretty good. I may throw in if you wanted them.

Overall the basics are there a good solid honest project for someone. come and have a look and a chat. see it for yourself. I will not sell any parts separate. all what you see is what you get.

I have recently purchased this VW Sundial, which came with limited documentation. I came across your advert by chance. I would be most grateful if you could tell me when the van was imported into the UK and whether the Import Duty has been paid? Did you import the van?

Any help would be gratefully received.
