VW Diesel Rabbit Truck 1980, 5-speed manual transmission

Very solid body. Perfect vehicle to restore to full restoration show piece. I have owned a half dozen diesel VW trucks and this is the only one that had factory air and solid body for complete restoration. Exact mileage unknown, but I had to enter miles into the form in order for the software to allow the post to go live. Installed a rebuilt diesel injector pump this year. Runs great. Installed breezy windows...very rare for truck.

I have a notarized bill of sale from owner but no title. Used on site as a farm truck for past 17years. No cracks in dash.

Body all original, no rust through, no dents. Tires good. Custom mag wheels to match body. Factory air (compressor not working). After-market radio. Shock towers good w/ no rust. Has the special option diesel truck, rear bumper.

With this sale I am including: a camper shell, 1 rebuilt injection pump, an additional complete engine w/ 5 speed transmission (engine available for rebuild but the transmission is good), additional good hood and tail gate, and many other spare parts. Radiator shroud with fan, four diesel instrument clusters, alternators, starters, injector fuel lines, and tubs of spare parts. Also owners manual and shop manual.

Also including original seats that need recovering, but current seats are VW Recaro black leather seats.
