Looking for a rare Japanese collectable that will continue to appreciate in the future?Then look no further than this beautiful 300ZX convertible.Japanese database put the total number of RHD convertibles at 439 with only 68 made in red.LHD market for US was approx 3500 which makes this car incredibly rare, more so than the 'Slicktops'.In 1992 this car was the most expensive in the Z32 range at $4.8M Yen - $60,000 AUD.US LHD models cost over $100k AUD at the time!The original owner was an Ansett pilot who imported the car to Australia in the mid 90's before being purchased by the second owner with only 40,000km.He was older gentleman who drove and maintained the car for decades before being purchased by myself as the third owner. The car has been sparingly driven and now has only 154,600ks.The car is in excellent mechanical condition, recently had a rocker cover gasket leak which was promptly fixed.The interior is in very good condition for it's age, the seats have been re-trimmed at some stage with matching red inserts. All electronics (windows, mirrors, seats etc) are working as they should.The outside original paint is still in excellent condition and has recently been polished to make it shine as it should.The car has period correct genuine BBS wheels with matching BBS lock nuts.
