Split window Beetle replica. Built on a solid 1962 floor pan with internal space frame. She started life as one of two fibre glass Oval body shells made by the Wizard company and not to be confused with the later 60's shells they produced that have the wrong glass profile. She was converted later in life with a split window conversion and a dash board from glass action in America. Running a 12 volt electrical system with a later transaxle with the early drive shafts fitted. She has a 1600 Rem Tec motor with less that 10.000 miles on her. She is lifted on the suspension with coil overs on all for corners wheel spacers and knobbly cross ply tyres and KDF hub caps as i was going to make her in to a KDF 82 e clone for the re-enactment circuit. Working trafficators with under bumper indicators fitted front and rear. Lap belts fitted to front and has early seats fitted. Many new parts have been fitted including wheel cylinders hoses and pipes Master cylinder cv boots all track rod ends etc etc. Many people think she is the real thing when they see her. An old war horse so the paint work is not the best and the head lining could do with sorting. A unique vehicle to put your mark on or drive as is. Cash on pick up or bankers draft. £100 to be paid at end of auction as deposit.
