Gallery Junction is pleased to offer this 1953 Jaguar XK 120 Drophead . It is believed to have been originally finished in Black with a red interior but was repainted in Red with a red interior. It is believed to be numbers matching according to its data plate which matches the number on the head and the block. and is a very complete car as can be seen in the pictures. The body panel fit is very uniform and tight and all of the gaps are nice and uniform as well. It has a black vinyl convertible top which is in nice shape with no rips or tears. All of the beautiful wood that these cars came with is present and ready to be refinished. The XK 120 is long considered one of the most desirable cars of the marque and being how complete this car is and how it appears to be numbers matching, makes a most excellent candidate for restoration. A wonderful barn find.
