This is a current issue U. S. Military Surplus truck.
Built by Stewart and Stenvenson in 1995.
Known as an LMTV or M 1078.
You will not find many of these in private hands.
This truck is in very good condition with original low miles.
Available for inspection in Oakwood. GA.
We have had the truck checked out and have verified that everything is operational.
Runs and drives very nice.
This truck would make an excellent tour truck base vehicle. or expedition camper.
Please Note the Following:
Truck is pictured without the bed side rails.
They are currently stowed beneath the bed and are in perfect shape.
I doubt they were ever installed on the bed.
Some of the paint on them is pealing. Truck is missing drivers side Mirror Bracket and Mirror.
(Currently working on sourcing)One of the tires is mismatched.
I was planning on using it as the spare and including an additional tire so that the 4 match. Please note the scrape along the drivers side roof.
Very easily fixed. The cold start cannister needs replacement. Brakes and brake components are in excellent condition. Cab Tilt. Spare Tire Lift. and Tire Change Lifts all operational. Truck to be delivered with U. S. Govt SF 97 (Government Title Document)Please note we are not "experts" in this vehicle platform.
