1952 Studebaker Commander Convertible. this convertible is not a trailer queen. but a very well done. clean dependable. showable driver. can get in and drive any where. she has been on several long over the road trips and without any problems. she has been modified with a 50 Bullet nose frontend. always liked the bullet nose front. a complete three year restoration completed in 2007. original 232 V-8 engine completely rebuilt along with the Detroit gear automatic transmission. has electric fuel pump for dependable starting and running. Has working cruise control. Air Conditioning that works. but cuts off when driving a long distance when its hot outside. very intermittent problem. but nothing too bad. new battery. all new complete brake system. hoses and much. much more. all glass is either new or mint original. car has been converted completely from 6 volt to 12 volt.   very good condition gray cloth interior restored completely as needed. painted 99 Chrysler "radiant red". radiator was re-cored and heater completely gone through. white convertible top with hydraulics all rebuilt. receipts for thousands of dollars. but was built and restored by a Studebaker fanatic!! most recent work was new tires. car had new radial tires and she drove horrible. just put on new bias ply tires from Coker for $800. 00 and she now drives wonderful again. its weird. but just the way old cars are. all the original wheels and hubcaps. again. driven to several out of state car shows without any issues. a truly 1 of a kind convertible.   again one of the nicest Studey converts out there. but again. she is not perfect. but how many do you ever see??? (yes. I know a few).

please email or call with questions. I am listing for a close friend that's in our Studebaker club. she lost her husband recently to cancer and I have agreed to help her market the car. I too am an avid collector. so questions may take a short time as I might need to contact her for questions not answered here. call William 1-406-861-8388 before 9PM MST. will help any way I can with getting the car to or on a shipper. but at buyers expense. will also store for a reasonable period of time at no charge. but must be paid in full before pick up. or shipping will happen. $2000. 00 Paypal Deposit within 48 hours of auction end. balance within 7 days. no exceptions. this is an auction. not a game. check my feedback for I am a true collector with 100% feedback.

please don't expect it to be a new car. but she is a fantastic driver. I have lots more pics I can send with a direct email address. underside etc.

the last picture shows a cool trailer look. BUT TRAILER IS NOT INCLUDED.

Yes. we would consider ending the auction early for a firm. reasonable offer. Or you can call and talk. Thanks for all the interest.

**the lady that owns this Studey decided she would run the ad one more time with a final lowering of the price. She wanted $22K. but knows winter is coming on. here at least and the market is down. so one last listing with rock bottom values and it will go in to storage until spring. it is a great. dependable convertible and is worth much more than the asking. but will try this and then put her away "night. night" for the winter. too hard to try and transport etc when winter sets in. thanks for all the interest and emails regarding the car. It is a wonderful car. Sorry. but no trades. She doesn't have any interest in trying to market another car. ( would rather keep what she has).
