Current customer rating: current rating for this car(2.05) based on 808 votes
You are looking at a 1962 Studebaker Daytona Lark with a 289 engine. 3 speed transmission with overdrive and twin tractions  The cars interior is in great shape. still in the original condition. This car was restored approximately 20 years ago.  At that time the car was painted. bumpers were rechromed. motor and transmission were redone. new clutch. all stainless steel trim was reconditioned.  The car has an updated stereo system which is installed in the glove box.  Stock radio is still in car.  As shown in the following pictures the paint on the hood has 8 inch circle where the paint has bubbled. not rotted.  The passenger door has a small dent.  The drivers side roof has two dents.  Paint does have typical scratches in it.  The car still shines well.  Tires are in good shape.  Car has original spare tire in trunk.  All glass is original. Car runs and drives great.  Car is for sale locally so I have the option to end auction early.  If you have any questions or need further information. please cal 585-202-2641.

For all the bidders. watchers and look-e-loos. yes this is a 1962 Daytona.  Yes this is the same body style as the 1962 Daytona pace car.  For the 100 plus watchers I hope you did your homework from Haggertys bluebook or NADA Guides to see what the value of this car is.  The reserve is set much lower than the good condition price.  The car is in good condition.  Driven several times a week to cruise nights.  Again if you have questions or need further information. please contact above #.

On Aug-01-13 at 15:50:22 PDT. seller added the following information:

Added a few more photos of the trunk. original spare tire. four barrel carb. . a shot of the undercarriage front and rear.  I took a picture where the engine ID number should be.  There is a clover leaf stamp.  This means that the motor was replaced with a factory engine. not a rebuild.  The hubcaps on the car are from a 1953/54 Studebaker.  The carb and intake manifold are updated versions as shown in photos.

Thank you for all the positive comments. feedback and help that we have received.  Regarding the negative comments and feedback. this vehicle is listed for $5900 not $59. 00.
