For sale a fully restored Hillman Minx Series 3 A Convertible British car with 4 Cylinder 1725 cc engine and Manual 4+R speed transmission. All original. restored to factory specifications as per the service manual. Every single part restored and refurbished. All parts replaced with Original Equipment Manufacturer OEM parts from New Zeland. Australia and England. no expense spared. More than 20 K invested in sand blasting. new metallichrome quartz paint. new brakes. new brake master cylinder. new clutch master and slave cylinders. new tires. new wiring color coded to factory specs. I only left the chrome and the seats to show some character and patina of the car. Car has electric gas pump and sports gas tank temporarily for safety purposes. I have the original gas tank and the original gas pump is new and working fine. but the original fuel tank needs to be professionally restored. Still need to find the orignal rearview mirror and the sun visors. Comes with service manual. books.
Very fun car for cruising in a sunny day with the family and friends. seats five. Has new seat belts installed.
Super original car. not many in existence. only 37 Hillman Minx Series 3 A Convertibles 1960 known to exist under the Hillman Registry. this one is the one with the best condition and restoration status.
