I am putting up for sale my exceptional example Avenger Tiger II.   I have owned this car for approaching 16 years.   In this time it has won numerous awards at shows including best Hillman at a rootes event and best tiger at the avenger sunbeam owners club national weekend on a number of occasions.   The car has been featured in a number of magazines. including classic and sports car and classics magazine.   The car is well known in the ASOC.   There is lots of history with the car and I will provide a fresh mot for the purchaser.   As you can see the car is outstanding all round. In the time I have owned the car. it has has sympathetic work in order to maintain the condition. Recently it has had any chips or minor bubbles addressed along with a repaint underneath.   Over its time with me it has had everything refurbished/restored. From brakes to suspension. through to gearbox. new clutch. refurbished webers. new original spec seat belts. wheels refurbed etc.   everything on this car is original spec with no modifications. I am selling due to the car simply not being used. I used to show the car often and use it every couple of weeks or so. Over the last 5 years. I think the car has done less than a thousand miles throughout that time. My job means I am away a lot and have to drive high mileages so I see no way that I can look after the car as it should be in years to come.   I am asking an appropriate price for the car and I am afraid that I am not open to offers below the listing price as I know of more than one car that has sold for more than the asking price.   I may be interested in doing a deal for a classic mercedes though.
