BOBBED 5 TON M923 Military truck

What you are looking at is a military 5 ton m923 that has been bobbed and turned into a 4x4 truck. It is now the same length as a standard full size pickup. fits in any parking space and is easy to drive around town. This truck only had 3. 00 miles on a rebuild from the government when I bought it. now it has slightly over 5000.  It is titled as an RV. so there is no need for expensive weighted tags.   This truck has an allison automatic 5 speed transmission and power steering which makes every day driving easy. The motor is a cummins nhc250 which gives the truck tons of power and still 10 mpg!  The tires are like new and it needs nothing; it's ready to be the ultimate beach cruiser of off road tow rig!
The hardtop comes off to make it a convertible for nice days. and the windshields fold out as seen in some of the pics or when the roof is off you can fold the whole assembly down onto the hood.
This truck has full air brakes so it can almost stop on a dime! Contrary to what anybody might tell you. you do not need a cdl or any special license to drive this. A cdl is for COMMERCIAL use. so unless you are driving for hire a CDL will NEVER apply to you. Do not let somebody who does not know the laws tell you otherwise.
You do not need any kind of special license to drive this thing. If you can drive a car you can drive this truck! 

The truck had all the work done at a custom fabrication shop in town using deuce front springs for the rear. along with shocks and a heavy duty anti wrap bar. I have put many miles on it and taken it out on the beach many times with zero problems.

This has been my personal truck for fun and I have put over 1500 miles on it since the bob. I am sure it will go anywhere without any problems. With that said. it is a used truck. not brand new. so it's not perfect. There are a few scratches on the floor of the bed from coolers being dragged over sand.  The only real issue it has right now is that the passenger side hood latch broke.
