1985/86 CUCV M 1009. 6. 2 L diesel. 4 x 4.
41. 47 miles indicated. and I have no reason to doubt this number.
It showed 3650 when I got it in 2010 from Gov Liquidations.
It needs paint and has damage to the drivers door .
The door and window work fine. it is just dented and has a small rip that I tried to show in the photo.
I have a pair of civilian blazer doors that I was going to use as replacements and they are included if you want them.
Starts and runs great and will cruse at 65 all day long.
It has a 24 volt Solerizer trickle charger on the dash but I did not hook the lead back up when I replaced the #2 battery.
Has 4 good tires. with deep tread. on the ground.
This came without a spare and I put a used tire on it and it is about 50%.
Brakes and exhaust are good.
The longest trip I have taken is about 250 miles.
On the highway you have to work to keep the speed down to 65.
When I got this 7 of the 8 glow plugs were bad so I replaced all.
I have started this truck at 21 degrees with only the glow plugs and it fires right up.
