There is no problem to sell/buy a car like this and send it to Australia or USA. or wherever. The car has all the original paper from the 68 er Pagoda and a historic certification from this 280 SL.

2259 . There is a clear Title and a bill of Sale and a lot of Papers and pictures. Mercedes Benz crushed/shred a new car last year from a manufacterer. who want sell the car also. Thats forbidden.
