1985 Chevy M 1008 CUCV Military 1. 25 ton Ex-Fire Department Truck

6. 2 diesel. 4 wheel drive. 400 Automatic. Dana 60 frontend. GM Corp 14 rear-end. Government Lockers. 2 Brand New XHD-31 A 925 Cold Cranking Amp Batteries.
Super nice. super solid truck. 75982 miles. Clean Title. runs. Drives great!! Four wheel drive works great. It's second life was a Fire Department Truck. well kept. added extras. The Fire Department converted the trouble sum Glow Plug system to a on dash push button. Change out the fuel filter to a more efficient. less trouble spin on filter and add air bag over loads. The only rust I could find on the truck was on the inner fenders where GM put a double lay of metal where most square bodies rust. see pictures. The rest of the truck is great. Has a real nice service bed. great compartments. Super heavy duty truck. pindle hitch. 16" 10 ply tires. front about 70%. rear 30%. The gas gauge does no work.
