Here we have an early 1972 BMW 2002 Tii. Original factory color of Silver with dark blue and black interior. She starts and runs but unfortunately there is rust at the rear subframe mount causing the subframe to hang down. There is no doubt that this is a project car and will need much work to restore to her former glory. Make no mistake. you will need to address rust at the rear subframe mounts. the floor pan and a few areas on the body. Many other items will need to be addressed as would be typical of any restoration. Of course another option would be to remove the power plant and running gear and drop it in to a rust free chassis but it would be a shame to do that to such a rare car with such a fantastic original color combination.

All the parts pictured in the trunk come with the car including a spare rear subframe. The pictures do not adequately convey the scope of work required on this car. The car would be best described as 'rough'.

This car can be driven on to a trailer but there is no way it should be driven on a public road.
