 THIS IS THE REAL DEAL!!!!!!    It is not a Dune Runner. Sand Flea. Frog Choker. nbsp; Looks Like. Wannabe  ETC.   It is an ORIGINAL Meyers Tow'd///Tow'dster.     I've had it for 30 years.    It is street legal.   Tagged and titled in MS.   It is unaltered. except for battery  being bolted under the gas tank to make more room.   It has 1650 CC engine installed in 2001.   Less then 1. 00 miles on it.   New parts were 87mm piston/cyl. .  rod. main. cam bearings. Scat cam & kit and rebuilt dual port cyl. heads.   It has Scat intake and Weber 5200 two barrel carb.   [rebuilt three years ago].   New generator and regulator at the same time.   S & S headers.   It has original DDS[ Deano Dyno Soars] off a drag car on front and Fullerton Tire on rear.   Paint is good for 25 year old job.   Seats are original and covered at the same time as the restoration. they are excellent.   Tow bar is included .   Brake master cyl. . nbsp; wheel cyls. . linings and flex hoses and shock absorbers were replaced at that time.   The first pictures were when it was restored in the late 80's. after sitting in the weather for years.   It runs and drives good and doesn't have any smoke.   Its always had REAL gasoline in it.    The body has the usual chips/nicks. mainly on the right side[[high traffic side] while garaged.    I never rechromed the roll bar. front bumper or the steering/emergency brake.   The front tires are dry rotted and I would rebuild the master/wheel cyls and replace the flex lines before driving.    It is a multiple award show winner.   I have most of the history since it was built.    A friend bought it from the builder [a Packard engineer]  in 1973.   The Meyers serial # plate is present and excellent.   Complete serial and Meyers registry # upon request.    The car is titled as a 1959  V W  Bug.  The vehicle is being sold AS IS where is.   There is NO warranty.   I've tried to describe as best I can.    Shipping is up to the buyer.   $500. 00 payment by Paypal at closing bid and remainder to be paid  CASH.
