This is a fantastic car built by a custom car shop in Redwood. CA.
I've had the car for a little over a year. and have hit hard times/had a baby and need to sell it. It is the best car I have ever owned. hands down.
Meyers Manx Top 1965 VW Bettle carriage D&D/Curtis Electric rebuild It features an electric D&D motor Cutis PMC Motor Controller Curtis Foot Pedal 4 battery safety and theft deterrent disconnects 11 Deep Cycle Gel batteries (gets you about 50 miles on full charge) Battery charging inverter for easy wall plugin (takes 2 hours for 80% charge) Same plug also charge the Auxiliary battery that powers the lights. brights. blinkers. radio. etc Rebuilt suspension Front wheels (corvette wheels) Extra large rear wheels and tires Clutchless manual transmission
Stats: 0 to 60: just over 3 seconds max distance per charge: 50 miles time for 80% charge: 2 hours Max speed: unkown. I have never needed to go faster than 70 Miles since rebuild: 100
