Seller's notes: "I recently drove this truck on a 400 mile road trip with no issues.Has a dent in the bed side (which I think adds to her charm), Has high back cloth seats that are torn but could be sewn or you could replace with the factory black low back bucket seats. I am including seat covers that I believe are at least water resistant if not water proof that match the seat cover on the rear seat. They are also not in perfect condition but are very useable. Very little rust, especially if you know what you are familiar with k5's. Dash pad is torn, they cost $70 from GMC Paul's or pretty much anywhere else. I was going to replace but I didn't want to waste time waiting for it to begin my auction. I don't think the heat works, I haven't really looked at it but heat and stuff for these trucks is cheap to fix. All the gauges work, shifts great, drives great, gets to highway speeds easily. Drives great. No Air Conditioning Compressor. *Mileage estimate refers to miles on drivetrain since rebuild."

Runs great. drives great.   I just drove it 400 miles on a road trip.   It has no trouble reaching highway speeds.   Driving through North Carolina (where the truck has spent most of her life) the speed limit was 70 MPH in most spots and I had no trouble reaching 80 MPH safely and passing cars.

This truck has a rare fiberglass removable half cab on it.   The half cab is easily removed making the truck fully convertible.   It also has the bulk head divider that completely seals the interior.

Rare Half Cab. Rare Factory AC Truck. Rare Uncut Dash. Factory 4 Speed402 Big Block Motor freshly rebuilt with less than 8000 miles on the rebuild 8 inch suspension lift with 38. 5" Super Swamper TSL Tires mounted on 8 lug 1 ton axles front and back with big brakes Front disc brakes. 4. 56 gears and locker in the rear Tilt steering. Interior Floor Pans. Rockers. Rocker boxes are very solid. The driver's side door is not original (pictured) All of the gauges work. turn signals work. brake lights work. the parking brake works. This truck is reliable and can be driven everyday.

Beware: Every time you drive it somewhere people will stop you to ask you about the truck. ask you to sell the truck. and take pictures of the truck. You probably will not see another truck like this one.

I also have a '72 k5 Blazer that I plan to list soon.
