 1975 AM General XM-35 5 ton truck. Hard top with a Cummins 250 NHC motor. Rockwell/Spicer 5 speed manual transmission with high/low range selector. air brakes. electric kill switch for theft deterrent. I know the truck runs off diesel. but I'm not sure if its a multi-fuel engine. Experimental troop transport truck. shorter wheel base than a standard transport gives a better turning radius. Has all the air and electrical hookups. air hookups are easy glad-hands attachments which means you can run your own air tools right off the truck to air up tires or perform repairs. Great running condition and it had been recently re-built before I bought it. and I know the last owner picked it up from the army depot in Yermo. CA. Would make a great water tank truck or chemical sprayer truck on a farm. or for all you preppers out there. there isnt an easier big truck to work on or more reliable than this beast. Most states you don't even have to have a commercial license to own and operate this truck. but check with your local DMV to make sure. Truck is currently stored in a secured lot in southern California. if you buy it and live in the area I'll get it to you free of charge. anyone over 50 miles away will be responsible for their own pick up and transport of this truck. I will be on site so I can show you how to start and operate the vehicle. Truck is currently registered in Washington state. buyer is responsible for changing the registration. All sales are final. if you suddenly decide you don't like it or want it. your stuck with it. I will take Paypal for a deposit. completion of payment can be in the form of a money order. cashiers check. cash in person. or you can send the entire amount via paypal.
