1968 Triumph TR250 Base 2.5L for sale

1968 Triumph TR 250
Rare one year only production.
The data tag. still attached. shows it was produced on April 1. 1968. (April Fools day) At the end of the vin number is the "L" depicting left hand drive. Paint code is 34 trim code 11 It is missing the engine. which I am told is the same as a TR 6. The alternator. starter and exhaust manifold is included The original non overdrive transmission is also included.
All the guages are there and all appear very nice. probably needs to be rebuilt though.
Three of the bumper guards are there as well as one front turn signal assy.
The photos pretty well tell the story It needs a total restoration but well worth the effort.
The left front floor. trunk floor. rocker panels and battery tray area will all need to be trpaired or replaced. There is also about a 5 inch patch panel need at the top of the both quarter panels and a bondo'd area at the front of the rt rear panel.
