You know what it is that you are looking at!  One of the rarest and best looking. head turning Trans Ams ever produced!
I will detail out a list of the good. bad and ugly!  Not wanting to hide anything. but there may be some things that I overlook since I look at it everyday. so please ask any and all questions of anything particular you would like to know. I'm willing to answer any and all of them.

Mechanically it's a solid solid daily driver.  There is a binder of receipts for everything that has been done to it before I got it.  Since I picked it up I have done the same.  Comes with the build sheet. etc.

*  Most likely all the gaskets will need to be replaced.  I have not done it and there is no record in the binder of it being done.
*  The brake light came on recently and I can't find the problem.  I can't find a leak anywhere and I haven't noticed a bit of change in the performance of the brakes.  It may be the proportion valve. not really sure.
*  Sway bar replaced in 2011
*  Alternator replaced in 2011
*  Power Steering pump replaced in 2011
*  New motor mounts installed in 2011
*  Master Cylinder replaced in 2011. but as you can see from the pics it looked as if the gasket leaked or brake fluid was spilled on it.  I have replaced the gasket since it was pretty bad.
*  Carburetor kit was installed in 2012
*  New shocks in 2011
*  Spark Plugs replaced in 2011
*  The engine has not been modified or hot rodded.  Everything is original as can be and just purrs.  Sounds great at start up. idle and while driving.
*  Automatic transmission feels solid.  Shifts into gear like butter.
*  Windshield wipers work. but the fluid motor does not.  Have not trouble shot it yet.

Interior

Since most of the work had been done to keep it rolling I have spent time on the inside.

*  New seat covers on the front seats.  Brand new spring set in both seats with extra foam added in the butt and lower back area.  Tracks greased and are like butter.  Redyed the back of the seats and new chrome trim.  Seat frames were wire brushed down and sprayed black.  New busing added to take away that "pimp look" from the seat leaning.
*  New Retrosound stereo installed and new map tray installed.  There is an amp hooked up to 6x9's in the back. Front speaker is not operational.  It is there. but not hooked up.  Still factory original speaker.
*  Power windows work.
*  Power door locks do not.  I know it is an electrical issue that needs to be addressed.  I replaced the motor on the drivers side and that did not fix it.
*  New door lock installed on drivers side. but need to install on passenger side.  Do have the matching lock.  *  Do have brand new door handles for future use after new paint.
*  Have screw kit from F Body warehouse that I have been using as I have been upgrading parts of the interior.
*  Carpet is still in nice shape and has a good shag feel to it still.
*  Headliner is in nice shape.
*  The plastics around the headliner. sail panels. etc could be redyed and would look really nice.
*  New shifter plate installed.
*  The steering wheel is in good shape.  Can start to see on the back side some light surface cracks. but it's not out of control by any stretch of the imagination.  Very good shape for an original steering wheel.
*  Steering wheel column needs to be replaced and/or repainted.  Not a big deal.
*  Dash has not been cut up. still very solid.
*  Bezel is in great shape too.
*  All gauges work. clock works but I have no idea what time it is.
*  New door pulls
*  Antenna is not installed. but radio pulls the signal.  Not sure if the power function works on it or not. *  New center console cover has been ordered. will be re-dyed and installed for new owner.

Exterior

This is where it gets wild.  It's like your buddies girlfriend. looks good from afar. but once you get right up on it you see the problems!  It looks as if someone painted it themselves and got in a hurry or didn't just slow down and do the prep work involved which is the most important part of it.

*  As you can see on the top center rail by the t-top there is a problem.  Not sure what happened there.

*  I drove it to work about 4 weeks ago and you will see where someone did something to the front right hand side of the front bumper.  AHHHHHHH!  It does not have any physical damage that would warrant you having to replace the bumper. but it needs to be re-painted.  My initial thought was that I would let it go for now and wait till I repainted the entire car.  I very rarely drive it to work. etc. and the one time I did.  I mainly drive it about 3-5 times a week to just run errands around town by myself. etc.

*  T-Tops DO NOT LEAK!  They could stand to be replaced since they don't look fresh and clean.  And guess what I have a brand new set I have not put on yet!  I wanted to wait till after winter to install them to make it easier. but they will come with the car to the winner.

*  Brand new front windshield installed in November 2013.  Rear defrost works like a champ and the glass is nice.
*  The paint overall I would rate on a scale of 1-10 maybe a 7 or 8?  It's not terrible but you can see where they just got in a hurry.

*  Straight rust free car.

*  Lived in Tennessee for a while till it came to Oklahoma.

*  I keep it parked in the garage and it doesn't sit out and freeze in the winter or bake in the sun.

What else do you want to know or need to know?  Please feel free to drop me a line and ask and like I said I will be sure to answer any and all questions.

The car is in Oklahoma just south of OKC.

What do I think needs to be done to it to take it to the next level?

A little engine TLC with gaskets. maybe new headers and just general clean up.

And of course a new paint job if you so desire. but as far as a pay and drive off and around town car?  You won't be able to keep up with the conversations and head turns you get from this awesome car!
