1936 Hudson Terraplane Brougham 2 dr Sedan finished in Black paint. Paint appears overall aged, but completes the authentic look of this classic Hudson. Chrome and brightwork in nice shape front and rear. This car has a 115" wheelbase. Powered by the 221 L-head 6-cylinder engine that is paired with a 3-speed manual transmission. Riding on the black artillery wheels with terraplane wheel covers with Goodyear wide white walls. Brown cloth interior completing the authentic look that carries over to the dash. Dual handle trunk latches in the rear. Suicide doors on both sides. THe passenger seat will fold down to provide easy access to the rear seating area. Carpet does have some wear spots, but overall nice interior. Some 1935-1936 Hudson Terraplanes came with the column-mounted electro-mechanical shifter dubbed "The Electric Hand", this example has it! You use this mini shifter on the column as a remote way to shift the larger normal shifter on the floor, (still using the clutch of course) without touching the shifter on the floor! Talk about Unique! This car is running on a 6-volt system. Great sounding classic Hudson!
