Chevy S 10 SS Stepside Sports Pickup Truck.
Here is my much loved Chevy S 10 pickup. I'm selling due to wanting a chevy day van to go on some adventures. the pick up is just getting a bit impractical. This has been super fun to drive and is a real head turner. You never get bored of the thumbs up whilst you're driving along.
Here are the specs.
American import. started its life in california.
Stepside 4. 3 ltr V 6 Vortec engine kicking out around 200 bhp Rear Wheel Drive Cold air intake upgrade Smiffys muffler fitted so he sounds mean as hell! Brand new battery Recent new windscreen as other had a major chip.
Centreline wheels and some awesome drag style tyres still with pretty good tread on.
Fronts are 15/225/60 rears are 12/275/60 so it gives it a proper muscle
truck stance with some good rake A solid bed liner fitted. MOT'd until April 2014 - no adivisories on last MOT Taxed until end of the month 10 Disc CD Multichanger Recaro Bucket seats Sliding rear window Electric windows This is the super sport (SS) version so comes with sports upgrades from the factory that include:
SS Sports trim package Higher output engine 4 L 60 E Transmission Limited Slip Diff Sportier Gear ratio Lowered 2" than standard
with uprated suspension The SS S 10 is a ra re beast with less that 1500 being made in 98. the last year of production before the S 10 Xtreme came along.
The only bad point to the truck is the body work. It is RUST FREE but has some cosmetic damage including:
Dent in the right hand front wing Right hand door needs a respay Both rear wings have patches of satin black that need sorting.
Tailgate needs painting where the go faster stripes were removed Dents dings and scratches as it has been used as a pick up! It still looks good despite the cosmetic flaws. I actually think it adds to the character. makes it look more mean.
