I am NOT trying to sell the vehicle at this price. I am looking for someone who wants to buy the car and have it restored by me. I bought this car over a year ago. drove it for a week and decided the previous restoration (possibly done in the '80 s) was inadequate. I began the restoration process then found another very rusty 1800 ES that I will make my personal project if I can sell this one. I want to sell this one because it is in better condition. so I can restore and sell it quicker. I do not have the funds to restore it so that is why I have put out this sort of ad on ebay. I would like to restore the car to the VIN. blue on blue. but this is of course up to whoever owns and pays to restore the car. The only rust was at the bottom of the rear glass and I have already sorted that out. The motor is at a machine shop being cleaned. checked and fitted with IPD's high torque cam setup. I would like to complete the car by March meaning I need full payment up front or 3 monthly payments. Hemmings values a first class 1800 ES at 27. 00. Look at the work Muscle Rod Shop of San Antonio. TX does and you will see nothing less. Our shop specializes in classic Mopars but I am experienced in Volvo restoration.
