Beautiful, mechanically perfect. Most snow this car has seen in 25 years was pulling it out of the garage for photography. Does not burn oil, runs like a dream. Interior is fantastic for the age, one wear spot on the drivers side leather, one dashboard crack on drivers side, couple other very smaller cracks on dash overall very very nice. Very minor crease on the drivers side door, tried to show it in one of the pics, but it's very difficult to capture, paint clear coat not damaged. I purchased this car from the son in law of the original owner. The mother in law drove this car until the mid 90's at which point the car entered retirement. Used a couple times a year when her son would come home, other than that she sat in a garage, maintained, away from winter, registered and insured for 25yrs. I don't have a lift so I can't take decent pics of the underside but believe me, it's near perfect and you will not be disappointed. When I purchased the vehicle the odometer did not work, it still does not. Bought with every intention of keeping it forever, as she is the most solid roller of a 240 I've ever driven- (This is my immediate family's 12th 240, my 6th 240, and my 7th Volvo). The wife wound up pregnant again and couldn't fit her plus the 3 kids plus the dog. Breaks my heart to let this one go…. Timing belt, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, exhaust, belts, transmission fluid, rear differential oil coolant flush and battery all new within the past 2,000 miles. This is a forever car, I'll give you my number- give me first refusal if you ever decide to sell it.
