The good!:

New paint. Inside and out. New upulstry.

New headliner, new carpet kit.

Rebuilt front suspension. All new brakes. New tires. All new rubber

New Hancook tires.

body-straight. No body work needed.

Transmission in excellent condition.

Very Light Rust Throughout

No smog check needed

The not so good!:

Engine-currently 1600 type 1 engine. Bad/frozen. Can't rotate motor. Bug motor (type 1)

Needs to be replaced completely with a Type 4 motor aka 411 motor or rebuild current engine.
