I have a military spec lhd 181. DGJ 234 S. first registered in the uk in 1991. tho i was told from the previous owner it was imported from Zambia and the V 5 C states it was manufactured in 1978.
It has the usual military fixtures/fittings. double fly wheel on the engine. miltary tyres ( of which i have two spares). black out lights. 3. 5 metre ariel. gun racks in the back. beside the seats. and i was going to repaint it and under the blue/grey once stripped on the bonnet there is a red cross underneath.
There has been quite a lot of work done to it. some done when i last mot ed it. bearings. flexys. welding in the floor pans etc.
It is quite battered. the exhaust does blow somewhat.

The roof is just functional. and the points where it meets the windscreen does need attention and there is a spilt in the back screen.
There is no heater as it was removed before i purchased it.
The side windows are not ripped but would benefit from being replaced as the plastic has bloomed and hazed a little.
It has obv had quite a few different mods over the years. spot light on the drivers side. grills over the front light surrounds.

Due to work/weather and time constraints I have not used it as it should be. and i think it is time it went to someone who can give it the time and attention it deserves.
