1953 Sunbeam Talbot AlpineTotal build 1953-55  1542.There are thought to be less than 150 worldwide.  Most in the US.Grace Kelly famously drives one around the cliff of Monaco in “To Catch a Thief”.Fine racing pedigree, Stirling Moss and his sister both had success in rallies. Very strong clubs in the UK, Australia and NZ.  Alpines were built on the Sunbeam Talbot 90 sedan chassis, of which there were 25,000 built, also shares engine and some parts with the Humber Hawk.  So a large reserve of parts. A rare and beautiful car well worth the effort.  $10,000.00 Albion.   Brisbanecar purchased in 1981, body removed for repairs in 2014.   sold as a complete car, chassis plus body and all fittings, comes with a humber hawk for spares.see video here.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=13rlyHHEibc
