This Talbot Samba 1983 is The Rare cabriolet version, Which is the Desirable model with 5 speed gearbox and rev counter,It is in Very nice original condition With Low mileage for its Age. The car has Recently been Serviced, 2 Previous Owners From New, The car was supplied new in Merseyside 1983 and for the next six years it was serviced and looked after by the local Talbot specialists and the original service book reflects this with respective stamps.Sometime after the first 40,000 miles or so it has been dry stored until 2020 when the current owner bought it.It Was then Recommissioned Having had all Work Required carried out Including MOT, Service, ECT. The V5 is present and correct and shows first registration in the UK in 1983 and one previous owner.The car comes with two sets of keys, and the current MOT expires on the 1st of July next year.Also included is an original model brochure, the original service book, Invoice(s) and Previous MOT's.Externally the car still looks sharp, There are signs that the car has received some paint here and there, A few stone chips and small parking dents are evident around this Original car, Which can only be Expected.The hood looks fairly good but could do with a bit of a repair in places but still nevertheless fits nice and snugly.Nice and Clean set of Alloys Wheels With New Tyres.Inside the interior it is in surprisingly good condition for the cars age.The cloth seats have worn well, The instrumentation and all controls work correctly, Faulty fuel gauge still reads one quarter full when the fuel tank is actually empty. An Original Blaupunkt radio is fitted.Mechanically this is a very simple car to work on and maintain.In preparation for getting the car ready for sale the car has received;A full oils service, changing oil filter, air filter, sparkplugs, spark plug leads, distributor cap, rotor arm, battery, fuel pipe, thermostat, antifreeze, auxiliary belt, rear brake pipe, both rear wheel cylinders and new brake fluid.The electrical system was fully tested and repaired where required including changing all the bulbs in the instrument cluster.The brakes were stripped and adjusted all round, along with the carburettors, the window mechanisms and window switches.Howmanyleft.co.uk suggest that there are only 5 Samba Cabriolets registered on UK roads today, which makes it a rare car indeed.These cars are becoming scarce With Less and Less Available On the Road in the UKA Fun Usable, Enjoyable and Affordable Classic CarAny Trial or Inspection WelcomeCome and Have a Look....Contact Information;07801252891or07828991660
