Up for auction is a 1970 Dodge Charger SE. This car was cloned into a 1969 Daytona back in the mid eighties. It has been sitting since 1985. I was told it came from the state of Nevada but I am not sure.

Most clones only have the nose cone and rear wing. This one has both as well as the 1969 Daytona 500 rear glass. This charger has all original sheet metal The only modificatons done were in the rear glass. It will need body work and paint. The only major rust problems I could see were the front right side cross-member and a little on the left side. These parts are available. Some minor rust on bottom of driver side lower rocker. ALL floors are solid with only minor surface rust on driver side front floor. All trunk area. owl. prons. ire-wall. hock towers. oor jambs. etc. are very solid. Please see all pictures.

There is no engine or transmission. but your choice of motor/trany can be purchased at an additional cost. Lots of used and new parts do come with the car. All parts in pictures do come with car. New rear package tray. ew legendary front and rear seat covers and new vinyl top.

There is a complete rallye dash gauge cluster and wire harness.

The car also come with a very nice AC compressor and some AC components. The car is equiped with power brakes and power steering. It has the 8 3/4 rear end. gears unknown. It has an electric motor for the headlights. I found a build sheet with the car but the VIN # is different?? It has the factory original VIN # on dash as well as the correct # on drivers door.

I will give a notorized bill of sale with the purchase.

I do have a clear TX title.

This is a non running. non driving car needing restoration. but is a very nice candidate for a 69 daytona clone.

It has the front cone nose. ear wing with trunk bracing and the hard to find rear daytona 500 glass. Please call and ask questions.
