1981 Sunbeam Lotus in excellent condition . one of two cars built in conifer green and the only one in its original form . originally built for police use . Full history from it's application for first license back in 1981 . Subject to a 1900 hours ( work that out at £20 per hour ! ) sympathetic restoration a couple of years ago by Robin Gell in Cardiff . If you google NFG 858 W you will find Robins diary of the rebuild which is an eye opener to anyone thinking of buying one ! Engine delivers 225 bhp . Bilstein suspension all round this is a quick car that handles well . MOT'd . taxed and being used on the road . Featured in Club Lotus magazine . lots of history and bills over the years . This is the third time I have owned this car . unfortunately it does not fit in with family life at the moment ! I've used the car over the summer and had some great fun with it . Call me .
