Triumph TR4A irs project for completion for sale

An early TR 4 A IRS re-imported from the US, with overdrive, wires and now

conversion. The chassis has been sandblasted and given a nut & bolt resto, suspension bushes, UJs etc., engine rebuilt with new pistons & liners, reground crank, hardened valve seats. Overdrive overhauled by TRGB, the diff was left alone as they're bomb-proof, but obviously new driveshaft joints etc. Hi-torque starter motor & alternator conversion. Stainless exhaust still to be fitted. Brakes fitted,
SUs rebuilt, matching nos.
The body was likewise sandblasted and given new floors, otherwise apart from a couple of odds and ends it was fine. Not far off ready for painting now and in primer, but still needs a bit of levelling here and there (a skim of spray filler would sort most of it) and also lower door skins. Chrome trim is good, some new and
rechromed
items, and a very nice grille. Recon wiper motor. Interior stuff is pretty much all there to be fitted – new seat covers, carpets, door trims, panels, etc., in correct blue, lovely walnut dash, instruments and so on. Door glass fine.
Parts still needed: wiring loom, hood (frame is fine), dash top pad, windscreen, seat foams, bumpers (has them, but poor - I'd get a pair of stainless),
tyres . Then no doubt loads of little bits like rubber seals, grommets, etc.
The car is not yet UK registered, but has the necessary Customs import document and US title.
Not too bothered whether I persevere with this project or let it go as it is, but been offered another car I'd quite like.
