About this vehicleThis 1949 Willys CJ-2A is an original. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle is drivable.Seller's NotesMy dad has had this 1949 Willy's CJ for several years. He bought it off a guy that was using it as his daily driver and drove it back from Arkansas to here. The stickers on it are copying a photo the guy had of his father when he was in the Navy. They say DJ2a but it is actually a CJ2A. When dad first got it he used it quite a bit. He hadn't done much with it in a couple years and he had it parked in his barn. He decided somebody else would put it to better use. We put a new battery in it and it started right up. It is drivable right now but the brakes and tires are just so so. 1949 Willy's jeep CJ2a 4 wheel drive

Runs, drives we got it up to 40mph and figured that was fast enough. Works as is but could use a little work.

Drove it to the mechanic and he kept saying 'she don't need much' and 'they don't make em like this no more'. He did say it will need tires. They hold air.
