1952 Willys M 38 Vin# 61408
The last of the true flat fender Jeeps.
The M 38 was used in the Korean war and was built from 1950-1952 with only 45,000 produced. It's predecessor the WWII Willy's MB/GPW had a massive production run which topped off in the area of 650,000 units. The more rare and desirable M 38 was a great improvement over it's predecessor.
Major upgrades included the water fording ventilation system and a waterproof 24 volt electrical system. This fully restored M 38 carries it's original body. It has a 30 caliber machine gun (steel non firing replica) & mount as well other accessories such as a military radio and fire extinguisher.
The canvas top and interior are all like new. Complete 24 volt Electrical system and water fording system present.
This is a real military Jeep, not an imposter painted to look like a war Jeep. It is a joy to drive !
