1981 DODGE/COMMER SPACEVAN GENUINE BT ENGINEER VAN for sale

 Here we have for sale my very rare 1981 genuine Dodge Spacevan engineers van. Restored around 7 years ago and still in excellent condition. Was restored using new or reconditioned parts. This is a unique opportunity to buy a unique van. I was told that there are only Six left and this is the best example.

KUU was based in South London and worked on the underground cables. It has all the correct letting and genuine BT numbers. It comes with all it original BT equipment including ladder rack. rear door ladder. foot step and racking.   As you can see from the pictures its as clean underneath as on top. A lot of hard work and money as gone in to this van and its reserve is a lot less than what it cost to restore. It is MOT'd until June 14th 2014 and is Taxed until the end of December 2013 so you can drive it home. I have all the booklets including Operator's handbook. van data manual and an original unused Dodge service book. Only 3 former owners. BT owned it for 9 years.

The van drives very well and is fitted with a Weber carburettor and electronic ignition. It also has a new alloy fuel tank. The body is in very good condition but there are a few small areas of surface rust. I will be sad to see it go but I don't have time to use it and it just sits in the back of the garage. so time for someone else to enjoy it. You won't believe the looks it gets when its on the road! I'd like to know how much your selling this Dodge Van for ? I live in Easton Bristol not far from the city centre ! my father had a Van like this so many years ago back in the 80's & it was so much fun to drive.

I can do with an old Van to tinker about with to drive because I do some tip runs a lot for all , the support houses in Supported Independence Bristol.

Any thing goes wrong with Van I can work on it my self with my own Tool Box Equipment Jack & Axle Stands , use the Dodge Workshop factory Books , mot it , insure it to look after the dodge like a baby . I know its Petrol so i'd have to buy my own big can to fill it up with unleaded Petrol to poor in to a spare watering can to fill up the Van for when I break down & I buy some Engine Oil , Anti Freeze & Water as well.

I love these Vans , I wish they were back on the road ! tell me how much you looking to sell this Van for.
