Austin Maestro 1.6 Vanden Plas 1989.
This immaculate one previous owner Maestro was only used for two years before it was dry stored and used for short runs, with annual MOT's until 2010 when it was SORN until my purchase at the beginning of this year (2021).
This original car is finished in one of the most attractive two toned colour combinations with complimentary grey leather. It has the desirable factory option of power assisted steering and all of the Vanden Plas refinements. The interior is unmarked and everything works perfectly including the original factory radio and cassette player. The exterior is in superb condition for its 32 years with only tiny age related blemishes. The original spare wheel/tyre and tools are all correct and present.
The vehicle handbooks, service book (including two stamps for the years used) and three keys are all included in the sale.
In my ownership the car has been lovingly returned to it's former glory, from detailed cleaning inside & out, replacement headlining and the following mechanical works listed below carried out by a former Marshall Rover employee at a local garage.
