I'M SELLING THIS 1963 ALVIS TD 21 WITH 12 MONTHS MOT AND 12 MONTH ROAD TAX. THE CAR HAS BEEN DRY STORED FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS. I DROVE THE ALVIS TO THE MOT STATION THIS WEEK AND IT WENT VERY WELL. THE ENGINE IS POWERFUL AND RESPONSIVE WITH NO SMOKING. THE GEARBOX WHICH IS A 5 SPEED MANUAL IS SMOOTH AND QUIET. THE CAR IS COMPLETE APART FROM ONE OF THE REAR ASH TRAYS IS MISSING AND WILL MAKE A GREAT RESTORATION PROJECT. THE LEATHER SEATS WERE REPLACE IN 2001 SO ARE IN GOOD CONDITION. THERE IS A LOT OF HISTORY AND INVOICES WITH THE CAR (SEE PICS). FOR THE MOT THE CAR DID HAVE SOME ADVISORIES (SEE PICS) BUT FOR A 50 YEAR OLD CAR ITS NOT IN BAD CONDITION. THE BODY WORK IS A BIT ROUGH IN PLACES AND SOME ONE HAS PAINTED THE REAR ARCHES WITH A AEROSOL CAN BUT AS I SAID THIS WILL MAKE A GREAT RESTORATION PROJECT.
