I have looked for this car again for over 25 years! I used to have the 1978 Challenger. I truly love this car. I don't want to sell this. but I need the money right now. I know that I can get my asking price by parting it out. but it's basically complete and I don't want to do that. I want to find a new owner who truly appreciates this car as I do. I am being up front with all that is wrong with the car. But I can't describe the wonderful feeling of driving this little thing. It is amazing! I love it. Again: It is a 1979 Plymouth Sapporo. 2. 6 liter. AC. 5-speed. Rare(if you are interested in this car you know that). We are the 2 nd owner. Overall the body is straight and in great shape. Driver's door has been hit by the lock but it works fine. (We may have that fixed this week. ) The passenger side front fender has a small dent that was fixed by an amateur. (That may also be fixed). The side marker light on that panel is not the correct one. and we are looking for that. The passenger side mirror has a little chunk out of it.

Paint is very worn. Upholstery needs work. Dash top pad needs replacing. 2. 6 liter runs fantastic. Rebuilt carburetor. 4 new all season radials. Electric mirrors work. Glass is all good. Just turned 100. 00 this week - original miles.

Yes. it needs work but it's my everyday driver now and I would have no problem running it cross country - as is. Smooth running car.
