1982 Peugeot 505 TD

For sale is my 1982 Peugeot 505 with 2. 3 Turbo Diesel engine. AT and 69. XX original miles. Emissions good till 07/2017 and as you see. it passed with 000. 0 opacity reading. Runs and drives beautifully. solid underneath. interior in very good condition. it even has working 134a AC. practically brand new 205/70R14 tires bought from Discount Tire. 2 sets of keys.

I bought the car on eBay in Nov 2015. The car had damage on the driver side. nothing major-new fender. new front grill. new lights/bezels and new original Alaskan White paint made this car to look beautiful again. I replaced both axles because the rubber was cracked. all 5 belts replaced. new axle seals. installed new brake rotors. master cylinder. hoses and pads. radio & antenna. tie rods. Also replaced all fluids: oil/filter. brake fluid. coolant. transmission oil.
The car was NOT sprayed inside. so there are some marks and blemishes once you open the doors. in those areas being the original paint but still very decent looking and nothing to be scared of.

I have many spare parts -some new. ome used but in good condition: starter. vacuum pump. brake booster. drive axles. center console. L & R rear lights. an extra left front fender. a front grill. an extra NEW 14 in. wheel. a turn switch. iming chain and many others miscellaneous. including literature.

On the not so bright side: 1. the car has a sunroof. however it does not work. it is in the closed position and it's NOT leaking inside -I do have the motor with the cable if you care to have it replaced; 2. one piece of the chrome molding on the driver's door has a small dent -like a thumb size. pushed in- but I do have a replacement for that; 3. the windshield has a little crack. about 5 in. long. on the inside layer on the very bottom of the driver side -however. I found a place in town to have it replaced for $175. that will be in addition of the final bid if you want the windshield replaced by me; 4. there is no molding on the rear window 5. the film on the windows is pretty old and is not looking great. If the car sells for the Buy It Now price. I can 1. have the windshield replaced in town or 2. I can deduct $175 from the Buy It Now price.

Reason for selling it?. well. number one -too many cars I have to take care of -5- and one is a 1991 Mercedes 350SDL that we'll keep as "the family car". number two-I know that it may sound contradictory. in order to buy an Land Cruiser Diesel I have to sell one car-that's the deal with my wife !

I did my best to accurately describe the vehicle to the best of my abilities. The car is being sold as is with no warranty.   Buyer is responsible for pick-up/shipping. however I will assist with whatever necessary to make this process as smooth as possible.
