4 owners from new last owner 17 years It was originally a 1.6 GTi and it had about 42,000 on the clock when I bought it. I drove it daily for several years up to 74,000 then it was garaged for a while. Mi 16 conversion (Spec listed below) in 2012. Its covered about 10,000 miles since the conversion with the oil changed annually / after a track day with good oil The speedo clocks were changed in 2014 as there was an issue ? I still have the originals possibly they can be fixed to preserve the mileage currently showing around 77 k The spec is as follows 1.9 16 v Alloy Block Mi 16 engine rebuilt in 2012 by Ecosse Peugeot in Edinburgh (Covered roughly 10,000 miles) (Alloy block is the good one I spent ages sourcing it) Baffled Sump Mocal Oil Cooler 1.9 Mi 16 gearbox (New clutch 10,000 miles ago) Quaife ATB LSD Custom Stainless Exhaust with 4-2-1 Manifold 306 GTi 6 Brakes 406 Master Cylinder Group N Engine Mounts Group N / A Suspension Mounts and Poly bushed joints. OMP Strut Brace Bilstien Shocks & Springs Refurbed lowered rear torsion bar Cobra Seats on adjustable subframes
Federal 595 RSR tyres Could be with respray if you want a minter but to be expected of this age
Has tiny hole next to passenger door lock
Also bit of rust at bottom of doors and under window on boot lid
No glovebox as was damaged
Very tidy shell though
Appriciating classic Would like a mk 2 golf gti or what you got ?
