1967 Mini Jem Classic Kit Car Rebuild needs completion Tax exempt

Thank you for looking at my advert of a rare and sort after classic Mini Jem.

I have owned this car for 19 years and registered the vehicle in 2005. I have rebuilt it over the years most parts renewed.

I was rebuilding the car for historic rally's and trials. it would make a good track/race car or fast road car.

The car was first registered in 1967 and does have correct V5 registration document on which it was declared to be a Mini Jem. so no reregistering or DVLA tests are required. Registered as a 848cc

The car was completely stripped to bare fibre glass shell and rebuilt using many new parts.

·         Engine – 1300 MG Metro low mileage – New Carb – Inlet – Air filter.

·         Exhaust – New LCB manifold – New straight through exhaust system.

·         Wheels & Tyres – Standard 12” mini alloys – Brand new Falken tyres never been on the road.

·         Brakes – Rebuilt braking system – New pads – Shoes – Brake cylinders – Master cylinder – Braided hoses  Front & Back - New 12” discs – New copper brake pipes fitted inside car.

·         Clutch – New master cylinder and slave cylinder – Braided hose.

·         Lights – New halogen head lights – Refurbished rear lights – New fog light – New reversing light.

·         Interior – New low bucket seats – New carpet –New speakers- Dashboard needs to be finished.

Standard drive shafts and pot joints – all cleaned. checked and re greased.

Large Metro radiator and electric cooling fan.

Good battery – New battery cable back to front – New earth lead back to front.

Fibre Glass body is in good condition. few chips – marks in the paint work. few crazing marks due to age.

Bonnet needs to be refurbished and re sprayed. Hinges supplied if required (see photo of bonnet)

This car needs a windscreen available from Mini Jem owners club – old windscreen removed because of crack down the centre but still have it if wanted.

Rear window supplied but not fitted (made of Perspex)

This car needs to go to an enthusiast. going up in value all the time. These cars are very fast and stunning to drive (cheap kit car insurance) Tax exempt.

Cash on collection and a deposit of £200. 00 via paypal required on completion of sale. Cheques will need to be cleared before release of vehicle. Collection only needs to be collected on Trailer.
