I have owned this Westy Bus for about 6 years. It was pulled out out a junk yard in Moab. UT. It didn't have a transmission or engine. The engine was built by my friend who has over 15 plus years of experience with air cooled motors. The transmission came out of another Bus from the junk yard and has worked just fine (new nose cone). No slipping in and out of gears. The front disc calipers have been rebuilt. New windshield and seal. The rear brakes are drum. New canvas. Missing the sink. It runs and is currently registered. It is a pretty dry Bus with minimal rust. This is the last year for the upright motor (Type 1). 1600 cc dual port motor w/ Solex carb. The Bus will still need a little TLC. but overall. it is a good Bus.

I am sad to see this Bus go. but the time has come to sell it.
