1988 Mercedes W 124 300 CE ‘Lorinser' Coupe

This 1988 300 CE has had a Lorinser body kit installed prior to my ownership and still presents well. The car has full glass OEM Euro headlights and dark amber front turn signal lights as well as ‘94/'95 style rear tail lights. I have installed Lorinser branded pedal covers. badges and wheel centers. Included with the car. but not installed. is a set of 4 Lorinser RS 90 17 x 7. 5 ET 11 wheels with new Lorinser center caps as well as other new parts as noted below. The car has a 3. 0 L I 6 that pulls stronger than the 3. 5 L in my '85 BMW 635 CSi. The automatic transmission shifts seamlessly and all of the power accessories work as they should except the power headrests. I have attached below a comprehensive list of all that has been done since my ownership with hard copy receipts to support it all. The car is Black (040) on the outside and sort of Cream Beigeish/Palominoish (due to wear. fading and the like) on the inside. It runs on 16” Mille Miglia with 205/55 tires. There is some seat trim missing. see pics for details.

The car has a little over 195 k original miles. There is some delamination on the corners of the rear window but there are no leaks and there is zero rust present (see pics). The HVAC blower motor is inoperative and the status of the A/C is unknown but the equipment is all present. I am selling the car only because I have major repairs on one of my other cars that just reared it's ugly head. Included with the car. in addition to the parts already noted. are the original sale documents and owners manual as well as original Mercedes brochures and Lorinser folders showing accessories available for this car.
