This is a very nice example of the desirable facelifted version of the Mondial Cabriolet. It is a 1988 Ferrari Mondial 3. 2 Cabriolet finished in Red with Cream Leather interior. It has covered 70k Miles with a full service history. It has been used regularly and serviced well with the cambelts having been replaced by Foskers 1000 miles and 3 years ago. The car drives exactly as it should and is better for having covered a reasonable mileage from new. these cars need to be used.

The car has had 4 keepers. was sold new by JCT 600 in Bradford to a company in Manchester. it has 10 stamps in the original service book and many recent invoices as well. I have all the books. tools and a fitted car cover. The Mondial also comes with another set of Alloy wheels which accept a more wide tyre size than the original wheels fitted. It is also the best value 3. 2 Cab on the market today.

The Ferrari Mondial debuted at the 1980 Geneva Motor Show as the successor to the 308 GT4. taking its name from the company's legendary sports racer of the 1950s. Under the skin. the Mondial was close in specification to the fuel-injected 308S but differed in the chassis. which now utilised a sub-frame at the rear to carry the engine and transmission. thus making for easier maintenance and servicing. as the whole unit could be removed with ease. The Mondial was Ferrari's first 'world' car. with its design intended to meet the varied regulations in all its potential markets. and the 308 floor pan had been stretched by some 4-inches in order to allow the Mondial to accommodate four passengers. increasing its appeal. By 1982. the QV Model was introduced. boosting power to some 240bhp and another upgrade was to take place in 1985 with the coming of the 3. 2-litre version.

This is one of only 57 RHD Cabriolets made. making it a very rare production convertible Ferrari. This model is starting to rise in value and is a perfect example of a cheaper Ferrari to use. enjoy and watch the prices rise!
