1971 V8 Volkswagen bug rat rod crossram chopped

Rat rod chopped 1971 VW. 350 Chevy power. Big cam. ear drive. ld block hugger headers. eally old Offenhauser crossram setup [I have had it over 30 years]with 390 Holleys[vacuum secondaries]. It was actually faster with a single 4 barrel setup but this is way cooler. have not tried to tune the carbs at all. TH 350 . +M parts and B+M super holeshot torque converter. Mopar posi rear. ear ratio unknown. I'll guess 3:23 s. Top chop done by Frank Jester. lease note bodywork is not smoothed filled and finished. t's a rat rod and this is the look I wanted. Roof is a Julianos top kit. Split windshield. 32 Ford radiator with Model A grille shell. liced and diced. Dropped Speedway front axle with radius rods and disc brakes. eversed Corvair steering box. 4 bar rear suspension with panhard bar. Early Chevy van tilt column. 32 Ford dash[glass]. Speedometer. il pressure. emp gauges. No gas gauge. Turn signals. eadlights. rake lights working. No wipers. have a single wiper motor kit I will throw in. ouldn't decide if I wanted it in stock location or from the top of windshield. Door windows go up and down with straps old Mopar superstocker style. I figured they would be down most of the time anyway. Interior consists of 2 upholstered racing buckets and that's about it. he rest of it I zolatoned greystone color. As you can see from the underneath pictures. his car is not a cobbled up mess. t was well built and it runs and drives good. In response to questions. eats are sunk in the floor with supports underneath for that purpose. 'm 5 10 and have good headroom if you are over 6 feet tall. robably not. The seats are on tracks and are adjustable front to rear. There are seat belts. Not racing style belts. Wheels are Rodlites and have the $300 spinners. xpensive wheels if you don't want them and would rather have steelies or something of your own choice we'll work on the price. They are 5 x 4. 5 bolt pattern. Also if you would rather go back to single 4 barrel I will work on the price if I can keep the crossram setup.
