Engine turns with the key and battery. but does not stay on. Carb needs to be tuned. What you see on the pictures it's what it is. Bought in California. and is now in Phoenix AZ. Very few rust spots at the usual areas and a floor patch present from previous owner. see pictures please. Has current Arizona title. plates and registration.
