1965 VW Volkswagen kombi
Good mechanical condition having recently been serviced by a VW mechanic where it had the following repairs.
Brake cylinders
Axel seals
Heater cables
Adjust handbrake
Reduction box oil change
Flywheel seal
Engine mounts
Cylinder covers replaced
Fan housing replaced
New carby
Spark plugs
Adjust valves
Service front end
Body is in great condition with a few bumps here and there. it has previously had rust repairs and presents very well.
It spent a large part of its life in Seymour Vic. worked its way up the east coast to NSW and QLD before I purchased it and brought it back to Victoria.
During its time from the history I know and what the sign writing shows is some of its previous history. It was used at the Seymour tyre service. carwash and then a catering service. Rust repairs had been carried out and paint blended to respect its heritage. sign writing touched up to again respect its heritage.
Lowered adjustable beam. sitting a respectable height.
The rear has an average rocknroll bed fitted
Front seats are in good condition
Dash is uncut and in good condition.
Couple of small rust bubbles at rear roof section. if I didn't tell you it would be hard to see.
I will find a set of chrome hubcaps for it and a spare kombi rim.
Roof racks and Surf board included if purchased for advertised price.
