For sale is a 1959 borgward isabella all original with clean texas title. Only seems to be missing front Borgward script. Through rust is isolated to main floors. decklid and upper mounting location on rear fenders.
I bought it complete and in the past 2 weeks have removed the gas tank. hood. decklid. fenders. rear fenders. doors. all glass. dash and seats. Every peice has every part removed from it and bagged and labeled well. The only piece of damaged glass is the passenger wing window which is flat glass.

Vin tag is readable. I bought the car recently. hoping to sandblast and patch it then paint and sell as an easy restoration. but finances and other paying restorations mean i need to get rid of this very rare piece of German history as is OR restore it for the buyer.
Borgward went out of business in 1961 and just went back into business last year.
